Ammonia forwarding packages are designed for forwarding ammonia from the storage tank to Ammonia Flow control unit. Forwarding packages are designed with different type of pumps to meet the customer requirement.
Gaumer Process provides standard (in accordance with Gaumer standard specifications) and custom engineered (in accordance with customer specifications) systems.

Gaumer process can design the vaporizing units based on the process requirements. In an anhydrous ammonia application, ammonia can be vaporized at the tank side. In aqueous ammonia application, ammonia can be vaporized downstream of forwarding unit based the process requirement.

Ammonia flow control units are deigned to meter and control the ammonia flow in to dilution air stream or hot flue gas stream. Flow control units can be designed with redundant flow meters and control.

Ambient air or Hot flue gas is used to mix the ammonia vapor before injecting into the SCR grid. Ambient dilution blower skids are provided with electric or steam heating units to raise the air temperature before mixing unit.
